The target picture for the shader challenge "Tumbling rounded box"
Recreate this picture. You pass at a 99% match, then try to write it in fewer characters than the par.

How this challenge works

You write a fragment shader that draws the picture above, live in your browser. A match bar shows how close you are, and the score combines accuracy, code size (the par is 1022 characters in Unity (Built-in)) and GPU speed. Work in HLSL, GLSL, WGSL, Metal or Godot and export the result when you are done.

The numbers you need

Camera / light / loop
as in the Raymarching lesson, camera at float3(0.0, 0.0, -3.5)
Rotation
a = time * 0.8 on p.xz, then b = time * 0.5 on p.yz (float2x2 rotation matrices)
Box
q = abs(p) - float3(0.55, 0.55, 0.55); length(max(q, 0.0)) + min(max(q.x, max(q.y, q.z)), 0.0) - 0.12
Color
float3(0.95, 0.55, 0.25)
