Spinning wave lattice

A picture built in steps: spin, then draw wave lattice, then color it. Every step is listed below with its exact numbers.

The target picture for the shader challenge "Spinning wave lattice"
Recreate this picture. You pass at a 99% match, then try to write it in fewer characters than the par.

How this challenge works

You write a fragment shader that draws the picture above, live in your browser. A match bar shows how close you are, and the score combines accuracy, code size (the par is 435 characters in Unity (Built-in)) and GPU speed. Work in HLSL, GLSL, WGSL, Metal or Godot and export the result when you are done.

The numbers you need

Space
p = (uv - 0.5) * float2(aspect, 1.0)
Step 1: Spin
turn p by time * 0.6 radians: c = cos(angle), s = sin(angle), p = float2(c * p.x + s * p.y, -s * p.x + c * p.y)
Step 2: Pattern
m = smoothstep(-0.25, 0.25, sin(p.x * 14.0) * sin(p.y * 14.0))
Step 3: Colors
lerp(lerp(float3(0.12, 0.21, 0.11), float3(0.6, 0.86, 0.48), smoothstep(0.0, 0.5, m)), float3(0.48, 0.57, 0.86), smoothstep(0.5, 1.0, m))
